eth_getStorageAt

eth_getStorageAt，返回指定地址的存储位置的值。

参数

• DATA, 20 Bytes - 存储地址.
• QUANTITY - 存储位置的整数.
• QUANTITY|TAG - 区块号, 或 "latest", "earliest", "pending"
